Photographs can be strange and mis-leading things to look at!

This young boy , attended a private Catholic school in New Orleans, with my child. I did not know his name , but my observation was that he ws a sweet kid. He was having fun on this occassion.

I co-opted this photograph to illustrate the quote, mostly because it was Holloween when I made the picture and two years later read about these abandoned children in New Orleans Schools.

The fact that this child is Africa-American and pointing a gun at me, I must admit, is a bit loaded (no pun intended), but it is not the point!
