It is more than a little disheartening that in 2010, with a domestic political landscape which now includes an African-American President, that New Orleans is still so focused on whether the next Mayor will be black or white.

I think it would be great if we concerned ourselves with who is the most qualified, who will have the best interest of all New Orleanians at heart and who will govern with integrity!

That is the only thing that should be black & white!
