Baton Rouge has been ranked 10^th out of 100 cities on track for the fastest economic recovery, in a Forbes magazine study. The results were based on a city’s unemployment rate, gross metropolitan product , foreclosures , home prices and home sale rates. Omaha-Council Bluffs, Neb.-Iowa came in at the #1 spot.
