At best, in an incredible sign of poor judgment, ACORN 'gotcha' man James O’Keefe has been arrested in New Orleans attempting to tamper with La. Senator Mary Landrieu's office phones!

If it was a joke or an effort to embarrass the senator, it was a bad one! The crime, if he is convicted, could bring him 10 years in prison and a $250,000. fine.
