"Tagging" is not art!
It is urinating with a spray paint can , in public, on someone else's property and by doing so "marking" a territory!
I see it everywhere I go , it's like visual cancer!

When I was in college in Baltimore in the late 90s, the city undertook an ad campaign to encourage people to use the police non-emergency number, 311. The campaign featured ads on city buses that pointed out typical non-emergency incidents that you should use 311 to report. One such ad featured spray-painted graffiti and the text: "Your child's school has a new artist." A mixed-message if ever there was one.
